    It’s a conversation that helps you work towards your goals. Basically we try to get you clarity, ideas, and energy towards what you are working on. I ask you questions, we do some activities, and we work through what needs to be worked through. It’s all about looking ahead!

Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a career transition, or trying to lead with more authenticity, I create space for exploration, reflection, and practical action.

    I work with individuals who want to bring more intention and meaning into their work and life. That often includes creatives, leaders, entrepreneurs, and people in transition. I also partner with teams to improve communication, collaboration, and emotional insight using tools like Insights Discovery.

  • what can I expect from a coaching session?

    Each session is a blend of curiosity, conversation, and co-creation. We'll clarify goals, explore what’s getting in the way, and discover new ways of approaching challenges. I bring structure and tools, but also space for intuitive insight and creative thinking. If you are open to someone challenging you, that’s also an option!

  • how long do we work together?

    That depends on your goals. Some people work with me for a few sessions during a time of transition, while others choose ongoing support over several months. We can discuss what makes the most sense for you in a discovery call. We usually have calls every 2 weeks and can work with your schedule.

  • How do I know if this is right for me?
